Adventure Pass (min age 5)

Take your family and friends for a day of fun and adventure at Diamante Eco Adventure Park! Choose from a variety of activities to do on land, sea and air. On “The Howler”, Costa Rica’s number one double zipline circuit, you’ll soar 1360 meters (4461 feet) through the rainforest as you admire the breathtaking aerial views. After your zipline adventure, take a thrilling 10 meter (30 foot) bungee jump on the “Quick Jump”, before heading to the hanging bridge for a daring walk over the crocodiles below! Then, explore the marvelous underwater world on a snorkelling adventure or take a kayak to sail along the ocean’s sparkling waters. For some more fun and exploration, see the diverse range of exotic mammals and amphibians--including sloths and jaguars--at the animal sanctuary. End your day by relaxing at the beach and enjoying a succulent lunch at the restaurant.

Notes: To perform this activity you must weigh between 60 and 290 pounds, fit into the harness comfortably, and be of good general health. The tour is not suitable for persons subject to dizziness or motion sickness, or with conditions affecting blood pressure, heart, back or neck. Pregnant women or persons under the influence of alcohol or any another substance cannot participate in this activity.

Discovery Pass (min age 4)

See a variety of animals up close; from iguanas, bats and toucans to pumas, sloths and monkeys at the Guanacaste Adventure Park Animal Sanctuary. On a self-guided tour, walk along the shaded trails surrounded by lovely gardens to explore the birds, animals and insects around you. As you observe these incredible creatures, you can learn interesting facts about them from a biologist. After your tour, visit the Butterfly Sanctuary to see a wide range of colourful butterflies.

Blue River Tour

This tour is available from resorts in the Guanacaste region.
Embark on a fun adventure when you visit Costa Rica’s Blue River. Walk along the bright blue river and past a magnificent waterfall on your journey to explore the Botanical Gardens where you’ll discover a stunning collection of hundreds of different types of floral species, including colourful orchids and hibiscus flowers. From there, continue to the Butterfly Gardens to take in a variety of exotic species such as hummingbirds, toucans and butterflies. You’ll also get to explore the forest habitat of bats, sloths, monkeys and much more! Next, visit Dino Park, a massive area in the forest containing life-sized animatronic replicas of dinosaurs! At Palo Verde National Park, you’ll discover one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Start your journey with a short tour of a Guanacaste sugar plantation, where you’ll take in views of seemingly endless farmland where the sugar is harvested and learn interesting facts. Next, you’ll head over to Palo Verde National Park, known as one of the most diverse conservation parks in the world. Depending on the season, the wildlife sanctuary houses up to 250,000 birds of varying species. Try to spot all the varying types of birds, along with local wildlife such as sloths, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. From there, board a comfortable catamaran to sail along one of Costa Rica’s longest rivers. Look out for the American crocodiles and iguanas along the way as you admire the stunning landscapes!
