Activities and Recreations at Hotel NYX Cancun, Cancun

The Hotel NYX Cancun offers guests a chance to take full advantage of its amazing beachfront location. Guests may choose to relax in the jacuzzis or take advantage of the kids' pool for some family time. Day and Nighttime Fun!
Activities include morning yoga classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am, Pilates and Zumba combination classes on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 9:30 am, swimming in the pool all day and live music every evening in the Lobby Bar.

Rise & Shine Yoga
All classes are taught by a certified Hatha Yoga instructor who will train you through meditative breathing that complements the physical movement of the body. Hatha Yoga helps to balance the mind, body and chakras. This yoga is suitable for all ages. This class takes place every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 09:30 a.m.

Sunrise Energized Pilates and Zumba
Begin the day with an energetic combination of aerobics and dance, including many different styles of South American dancing, and exercise. This is a full-body workout engaging almost every muscle group in a smooth, comprehensive fitness program. This class takes place every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Pool Hours and Amenities
The pools are open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. The resort also offers Balinese beds, which are located in the beach area. Lifeguarding service is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
