Terms & Conditions vary by resort it is important to contact the wedding coordinator for each resort

In order to confirm a wedding with Park Royal Hotels & Resort a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required.Hotel accomodation is not included in the above negotiation.The non refundable deposit will be used towards wedding extras or the wedding package chosen.Final payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to wedding date. A last minute wedding is considered when booking thirty (30) days of the wedding date and fill payment is required for all services.

Couples may bring favors, place cards,table numbers,cake topper,guest book,cake cutter,champagne flutes and the hotel staff will set for them. A set-up fee of $199 USD for decoration needing extra work such Chinese lanterns, Bulbs string, Chandeliers, Fabrics or any similar item that requires additional assembly.

If events is being hosted on the beach, there are addionatl fees that apply, (review with wedding coordinator for more details.

Any guest (s) attending the wedding but not staying onsite must purchase a wedding pass in order to gain access to the hotel.It has a fee of $60 USD/person. The hotel will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests attending the wedding. Guests with wedding day passes are allowed on property one hour prior to ceremony and until wedding activites have ended. Guest are able to purchase a wedding day pasess with their wedding coordinator prior to arrival and pick up at the front desk.

A fee is charged for each third party vendor contracted that is not a preferred vendor of the hotel, (contact wedding coordinator for preferred services and partners(

Wedding that have more than the package inclusion of guest will incur additional costs.

If couple cancels the wedding ceremony more than three (3) months before the wedding date, all payments other than the non refundable deposit will be refund.

If couple cancels the wedding ceremony three (3) months or less prior to wedding date, there will be no refunds of any kind.

For inclement weather on day of events, the weather will be checked in the morning and the weather call or decision for evening events shall be made no later than noon.For morning events the call must be made by 6 pm the evening prior.If the couple makes their decision after those times indicated by the hotel a set up fee will be charged of $15 USD per person, per event as a result of the late notice of change of location. Services not rendered due to weather conditions will not be reimbursed.

Government taxes are subject to possible modification without prior notice due to changes in government regulations.

Floral selection are subject to availability depending on season of event and availability of florists. All additional floral arrangements will be qutoed.

Guest may want opt to bring their own decor however there are set-up fess involved. Please consult with the weeding coordintator for pricing.

Couple may rents items from hotel but they are hotels property and may not be taken home.

Welcome bags may be delivered to guest rooms for $5.5 USD /room per hotel staff. Couples may not deliver themselves for privacy reasons and sanitations regulations.

Certain items cause environmental damage to the ecosystem and local wildlife, items such as ballons , artificial petals, wish bottles, confetti and wish lanterns are restricted. Any candles brought must be baterry operated. The use of fire is prohibited in indoor locations.

During certain Seasons some hotels experience turtle nesting and will liit the hours , sound and use of beach areas. Please review with the property the posibility of affections for the events and servise.
