Executive Chef Donovan William serves up sumptuous Jamaican and international cuisine that includes savory traditional Jamaican dishes and world-class fish and meat delicacies paired with local and international wines.

Start off your mornings with the Scrambled Eggs ‘Gramajo’ served with breakfast potato and calaloo. A rewarding dining experience awaits you as you sample the Jamaican BBQ Black Angus New York Stripe Loin with Tamarind BBQ sauce, it will keep you wanting more.

The menu changes seasonally and guests will savor juicy cuts of steaks, exquisite seafood accompanied by a selection of fresh gourmet salads, made fresh from locally sourced vegetables and quality ingredients. The dessert menu is filled with freshly baked tarts, pastries and cakes including pumpkin pie with cinnamon and nutmeg.
