The Spa at the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort Complex offers a full array of spa treatments including massages, facial and body treatments, exfoliations and two Temazcal baths (Mayan-sauna) designed to relax and purify with essential oils and ancient techniques. In addition, guests have access to a hydrotherapy area complete with dry and humid saunas, a vapor bath, a Balinese shower, stimulating waterfalls, Jacuzzi and a spa pool (additional costs and previous reservation required).

Please Note: You must book your specific treatment time directly with the spa upon arrival at the hotel. All spa packages include 1 treatment per person per stay.

The hydrotherapy facilities located in the spa area are not included as part of the all-inclusive package. Should guests wish to use the hydrotherapy facilities, an additional fee of $50 USD per person per day will be applicable and payable locally.

Grand Palladium Resort guests will have a wet area supplement of $50.00USD per person per day (subject to change) to have access to the hydrotherapy facilities/wet areas of Zentropia Spa and Wellness. Clients that purchase a spa treatment will not have to pay the $50.00 access fee on that day of treatment. Guests of the TRS do not have to pay the $50.00 daily access fee. The use of the gym/exercise rooms will remain free of charge for all registered hotel guests.
