HACIENDA POOL CLOSURE
Due to maintenance and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya's commitment to provide guests the best vacation possible, the Hacienda pool will be closed starting January 17, 2021. All guests are still welcome to enjoy the waterpark, Woodward Riviera Maya and select restaurants on the Hacienda side. Families can also enjoy select amenities and restaurants on the Heaven side, including the newly remodeled Heaven pool.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

Due to the high demand for family-friendly resorts and the decline of adults only resorts during certain travel periods throughout the year, Hard Rock Hotel Rivera Maya will be an entirely family-friendly resort during the following dates:

Rock Star Suite Wedding Promotion
Promotion: Couples who book 125 room nights or more will receive a private rehearsal dinner or wedding reception on the Heaven or Hacienda Rock Star Suite terrace for 30 guests. Plus, spend both the night before and the night of your wedding at the one of a kind Rock Star Suite at Heaven or Hacienda.
Details:

• Must have a group contract and request the promotion at the time of requesting the contract.
• The suite is subject to availability at the time of booking the group.
• The suite will be provided for 2 nights for the couple to stay. The night before the wedding and the night after the wedding. The couple still books.
• The terrace can be used for 1 event for up to 30 guests and can be used for a rehearsal dinner the night before the ceremony or the reception on the day of the ceremony.
• Children will be allowed in the suite and the hotel will transport to and from Hacienda.
