The additional cost and scheduling a Yacht is all done through the hotels.

Some people yearn for the presence of the sea to experience it, navigate through it or simply delight in the sway of its waves. However, for those seeking something more, Xcaret Yachts offers a truly immersive opportunity to live it. Enjoy a day of luxury and comfort at sea with a private and exclusive experience from beginning to end, accompanied by magnificent flavors and a select open bar. Additional cost activity.

Duration and schedule:
The tours are 4 or 6 hours. Extra hours can be purchased based on availability and within the established schedule. The yachts have different capacities ranging from 14 to 20 people, depending on the model.

Recommendations:
Wear comfortable clothing, swimsuit, hat, and sunglasses, as well as chemical-free sunscreen. In the case of people with disabilities, viability should be checked with the responsible person in charge of yacht operations. Some activities and tours may not be suitable for pregnant women. Certain activities are not recommended for people with heart problems, recent surgeries, back conditions, or a tendency to get seasick. It is recommended not to consume any kind of drugs before or during the tour. Boarding should be done without footwear. Entry of any type of pet is not allowed. In case of any dietary or health restrictions, it should be informed at the time of reservation.

Cancellation and reservation policies:
  • General: Guests and Members must present the coupon information issued by the sales channel to request any changes or cancellations to the reservation. Changes or cancellations to limited-capacity tour reservations are subject to product and/or transportation availability and require authorization from the Sales Management of the sales channel.
  • Reservation Changes: If the visitor, guest, or member has purchased the product but cannot enjoy the service on the scheduled dates, the customer can reschedule their tour within 15 days from the first scheduled date, if they have been notified at least 48 hours in advance of the service date. If it is not possible to enjoy the service within this period (15 days), a validity certificate for 1 year can be requested to guarantee the enjoyment of the service, which must be requested from the assigned sales agent, and is subject to product availability, and authorization from the Sales Management of the selling channel. Requests to change the date by visitors, guests, or members due to special situations or medical conditions are subject to authorization by the Sales Management of the sales channel. In case of rescheduling requests by visitors, guests, and members, the reservation is subject to price changes according to the current rate on the new scheduled date, and the customer will be required to cover the price difference in full. Changes requested by visitors, guests, and members to modify the reservation name or pick-up have no cost if they are made within a maximum period of 48 hours before the visit date. The changes of date of services with transportation are subject to the availability of transport and/or product.
  • Cancellation by Guests and Members: All cancellations must be requested from the Sales Advisor of the sales channel at least 48 hours in advance of the Tour booking date. All cancellation requests submitted to the Sales Advisor are subject to authorization by the Sales Management of the sales channel. Cancellation requests due to health reasons require a medical certificate to be processed by the Sales Advisor of the sales channel.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations due to weather phenomena or contingencies will result in a full refund in the same currency and payment type (cash, debit or credit card, room charge) used for the original purchase. Refunds requested by guests and members, previously authorized by the Sales Management of the original sales channel, will be refunded to the customer in the same currency and payment type used for the original purchase. In the case of refunds for non-national currency, the refunded amount will be adjusted according to the current exchange rate. Refunds requested by guests and members, previously authorized by the Sales Management of the original sales channel, incur a 10% penalty based on the total amount of the reservation for administrative expenses.
  • No shows: This status is determined when the guest or member does not show up at the pick-up point or directly at the boarding point to claim the purchased service on the scheduled visit date. No show charges of 100% of the current rate will apply, and an invoice will be issued with the agreed net prices in the commercial contract. If cancellation is not made at least 48 hours in advance of the tour date, a charge of 100% of the current rate will be applied.
