TRS Yucatan Hotel shares facilities with the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa. The facilities of the TRS Yucatan are accessible only to TRS Yucatan guests.

For your convenience, guests have access to a well-stocked commercial center including a photo shop, boutique and souvenir shops, logo shop, handicrafts market, an internet cafe, supermarket, bookstore, jewelry store, tobacco shop and pharmacy.
