Round Hill's world-class chef starts with Jamaica's finest and freshest bounty and prepares it in ways that capture the spirit of healthy living. Fresh seafood, prime meats, local vegetables and tropical fruits are delectably presented in ways most guests find irresistible.

Mornings are special, with breakfast cooked to order and served in bed or overlooking the sea. Lunches are a casual affair, with a la carte items served on the terrace or barbeque items served on the beach. And what could be more seductive than a vivid Caribbean sunset and a cool tropical drink before a stroll down to dinner through gardens of jasmine and frangipani? Dinner is served with a view of the sea, in the charming Georgian Dining Room or on the seaside terrace overlooking Round Hill Bay. International cuisine is highlighted by many Jamaican specialties. You will find the sumptuous buffets to be among the best anywhere! Round Hill offers a special menu for their younger guests, served from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Dress
Days are casual and informal with an emphasis on enjoying Jamaica and Round Hill. Evenings, though not formal, are casually elegant. Informal at all times during the day. Attire for lunch and the Monday evening Beach Party is casual. Gentlemen dress in trousers and collared shirt for all other evenings (after 7:00 p.m.) and ladies dress accordingly. The resort requests that you do not wear T-shirts, shorts and sneakers in the evening except on Mondays, when they are acceptable.

Box Lunches
Box lunches can be arranged if you are planning an excursion during the day. Please contact the Food & Beverage Manager or Maitre d' when at Round Hill to arrange for box lunches.

Gratuities Included!
A service charge of 15% is already included in your bill in lieu of gratuity. However, should you receive outstanding service from certain members of the staff, please do not hesitate to reward them directly with an extra tip.

Special Requests Are No Problem
If you have special requests for something not on the menu, just let the Food & Beverage Manager or Maitre d' know. They are happy to spoil and pamper you!

Theme Nights
Entertainment at Round Hill varies nightly and may include a bonfire lit beach picnic accompanied by familiar calypso tunes, a four course dinner and romantic dancing under the stars, or casual dining on Jamaican specialties followed by a cabaret of folk music and dancing.
