Food and service is a big part of the Gourmet Inclusive® concept at Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya. Guests enjoy 24-hour room service, premium beverages and Gourmet cuisine. The latter, which is the foundation for Gourmet Inclusive, has been lauded “Superb,” “Best in class,” “Decadent” and “Outstanding.” The hotel prides itself on creating delicious meals in pleasant environments by their star chefs. Guests will be indulged with Gourmet hospitality every moment of their stay. All restaurants can provide gluten free (or vegetarian) options. Traditional Mexican dishes highlight breakfast, while family-style offerings and gourmet sandwiches highlight lunch. At dinner, there is an international menu plus five separate menus - the all-lobster menu (yes, it’s all included), South Beach Diet, vegetarian, low carb/low fat and chef’s choice menus. Open for dinner: 6pm - 10pm Cuisine: Latin American Seating: Air-conditioned indoors La Mancha Energy Bar At this cheerful corner bar, order an exotic fruit juice, smoothie, iced tea, cappuccino or espresso. If you want a snack to hold you over, there are Caribbean sandwiches, jumbo cookies and ice cream. The huge fudge brownies disappear fast! Pick up Gourmet Gerber baby food here, too. The vintage Mexican bar has a frozen top to keep your tequila at the perfect temperature. The Añejo, Reposado and Blanco style tequilas are served straight, mixed and frozen. Try a traditional margarita or a tequila martini. During the day, sit on sunken bar stools on the pool side of the bar under the shade of the soaring thatched roof. Popcorn service is even available to enjoy with a movie! Dress Code A 'casule elegant' dress code is in effect for most restaurants - no T-shirts, swimwear, beach sandals or tank tops.
