The Azulitos Kid’s Club at Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya keeps kids engaged and entertained, ensuring a spectacular vacation experience for all! Give your children a vacation experience they’ll never forget, with Azulitos Playhouse. This new family program will be centered around 4 key ownable themes that tie into our overall resort pillars – 1) Sustainability, 2) Gourmet, 3) Beaches ad 4) Culture. Within each theme there will be a variety of activities for kids to choose from depending on the day / time of the week. Sustainability Green Thumbs - Kids get a quick tutorial on how to pot a plant at an on property herb garden. They can taste samples of what they’re planting and feel like they’re helping out.Greenhouse Webcam – At the resort, kids will plant seedlings in small pots that they have decorated with painted handprints, which will help them spot their pot on the webcam.Touch Pool — Have a small aquarium for kids to learn and interact with local sea creatures, small crabs, starfish, etc.Eco Scavenger Hunt – Kids are given a list (with pictures) of things to look for around the resort that are natural or eco-friendly. Campfire Science! With expert supervision, kids can change the color of the fire. Sing-along to Spanish – An acoustic guitarist leads the kids in a a Spanish or bilingual sing-a-long Viva La Música – Kids learn about and use folk instruments Ages: 3-12 years Highlights for older kids include video games and a full schedule of challenge games and activities. There is mini-yoga, handicrafts, face painting and movie time. Kids love the beach activities such as the treasure hunt, sandcastle building, balloon war and flag football. Perfect for Babies Too Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya, by Karisma has special features for families with babies and little kids. The resort provides strollers, cribs, in-room play-pens, refrigerators, baby monitors, bottle warmers and bottle sterilizers, baby-sized plush robes and 10 varieties of Gerber baby food. Special facilities include: for babies 6 to 18 months: playgroup sessions such as Ritmo de la Manana ("rhythm of the morning") using musical-type toys; for toddlers 18-36 months, "Mundos Maravillosos" ("marvelous worlds") with "Little People" toys; for kids three to five, Planet Heroes adventures.
