Exclusive Select Club Lounge/Club House
The Sandos Caracol Eco Resort Select Club House includes a private concierge, an exclusive gourmet menu for breakfast and lunch and a small business center. The Oceanfront Select Club House includes a butler service, premium liquor bar with gourmet canapés, living room with TVs and a reading area with a selection of books. The all-inclusive Sandos Caracol Eco Resort Select Club offers luxury eco rooms with access to a private pool with hot tub and a private beach area with hammocks and a waiter service. All rooms at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort Select Club feature furniture made with wood from eco-certified forests. They also include low-energy air conditioning, LED lights and solar-heated water. All feature iPod docks, satellite TV, 24-hour room service and Wi-Fi.
Wake up to the sounds of wildlife under a jungle canopy at the all-inclusive Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. The property inhabits the edge of a natural jungle; guestrooms are spread throughout 78 three-story buildings set into the forest. The resort features seven restaurants; three buffet-style and four à la carte. An outdoor pool includes a swim-up bar; another pool is designed especially for children. The kids' club offers supervised activities for the younger guests. A theater features shows every night. The full-service Spa Sandos offers a range of services including massages, facials and body treatments. An ATM, concierge services, tour assistance and laundry/dry cleaning services are also available.

Sandos Caracol Eco Resort is excited to announce a new addition to their water park! There are now 12 brand new slides for kids, teens and adults added on to the 17 that the water park already contains! And the best part? It's part of the resort's all-inclusive plan! The water park features 29 slides and is divided into three areas: the Aqua Park for young children with 17 mini slides, a children's area with 5 slides and an area for teenagers and adults with 7 slides.Minimum height for the 5 new kid's slides: 1.10 meters / 3 feet 7 inches. Minimum height for the 7 teen/adult slides: 1.40 meters / 4 feet 7 inches.Sandos Loves Kids
The resort features a Kids Club, open from 10 am-8 pm, with a fully-supervised activities program, which includes games, crafts and a mini disco. As a daily activity, all children that are enrolled in the complimentary Kids Club will enjoy a trip to the Aqua Park under the supervision of the Sandos Animation staff. An activities program is also available for adolescents, with assistance of the entertainment and sports team, offering music, billiards, table tennis, foosball, beach soccer, Wii, Xbox, Kinect and more. Toddlers under 4 are welcome at the Kids Club facilities when accompanied by a responsible adult.
In-room babysitting is also available for an extra charge.

Based upon the principle that those who inhabited this land should use the earth, animals and trees in their everyday lives, guests can experience first-hand how the Mayan culture uses their natural surroundings to their advantage, while still taking great care of the world around them.
Wind TributeWhen: Tuesday
Guests are encouraged to witness a performance entitled “The Arrival,” which recognizes that hundreds of years ago, the winds brought foreign travelers to the Mayans’ lands and culture. This performances shows how the Mayans' lives were forever changed through activities designed to put guests in harmony with the ever-changing characteristics of the air.

A subset of The Wind Tribute, this is a performance reenactment of the Mayans first introduction to the white man and what that meant for their culture.
Corn TributeWhen: Wednesday
In the Yucatan Peninsula, locals incorporate their corn into their everyday life and diet as a primary form of substance. This ceremony is to demonstrate how important corn is to Mexican and Mayan culture.
Water TributeWhen: Thursday
In Riviera Maya, water is in abundance, from the Caribbean to thousands of cenotes, connected through a network of underground rivers. The ancient Mayans used to believe these cenotes were gateways to the afterlife and would use them to perform sacrifices. The Water Tribute day gives visitors a chance to learn about the role water plays in the ecosystem and introduces the importance it held in the Mayan culture, through a nighttime performance at the main cenote.
Ceremony by the Sacred Stone:When: Thursday
A tragic love story between a brave foreign traveler and a Mayan princess comes to life, with the sacred Mayan cenote set as a stage.
Sun Tribute:When: Friday
Paying tribute to the sun is important to Sandos guests because the warm rays shine down on visitors, marking this part of the Caribbean as a true paradise on earth. There are endless ways to pay tribute to the sun at Sandos Caracol, something this resort is proud to introduce to travelers.
Fire TributeWhen: Saturday
Whether cooking food, seeking warmth or creating light, fire is a blessing in the Mayan culture. On fire tribute day, there are a plethora of fire-related activities, including a Fire of Life performance, which guests are encouraged to witness.
Roots Tribute:When: Sunday
