TRANSFERS
Pre-book airport/hotel transfers and excursions with Vacation Express and NexusTours. With the NexusTours app [download: https://uqr.to/XHUB.NT], you are able to register, in advance, your preferred method of communication while in destination, get your airport transfer pass and other important notifications. While in destination, you will enjoy a seamless experience with NexusTours greeting you upon arrival at the airport for transfer to your resort. In addition to these services, NexusTours also serves as your first point of contact for customer service while in destination, 24 hours a day!
EXCURSIONS
NexusTours provides a number of diverse excursion experiences, making it easy to find the perfect adventure!
After selecting preferred travel dates, flight and resort, you have the ability to include a variety of add-ons to your booking, which includes a list of all tours available for pre-booking through Vacation Express and NexusTours.
When you reach "Select Your Upgrades", step four of our easy, 5-step booking process, you can choose your add-ons. Select your preferred tour from the list titled "Excursions" found at the bottom of the page.
Please present your tour voucher to NexusTours upon arrival (desk hours vary depending on hotel) to reconfirm your tour day and to confirm tour departure time and other details. Tours pre-purchased online are not pre-reserved for a specific date.
Excursions by Destination:
NexusTours offers excursions in the following destinations. If a destination is not listed then excursions are not offered through NexusTours and VE in that destination.
Diamond Head Vacations is a travel services company offering curated island experiences across Oahu, Maui, Island of Hawaii and Kauai. They provide airport greeting, transportation, activity booking and on-island concierge support.
Vacation Express offers shared and private transfer services with Diamond Head Vacations, which can include a Welcome Lei Greeting add-on.
Belize | Cartagena | Dubai | Europe | Maldives | United States [Excluding Hawaii] | Zanzibar
Belize
To get to a resort in Belize, travelers will need to fly into Belize International Airport [BZE]. From BZE they will need to book a flight to the destination area of the resort, Placencia, Dangriga or San Pedro [Ambergris Caye]. Vacation Express offers this flight to each destination area via Tropic Air as an add-on service.
Cartagena
Dreams Karibana Cartagena provides round-trip, private airport transportation for an additional cost. Please see the hotel page or your travel documents for more details.
Hyatt Regency Cartagena does not offer airport transportation. Please see the hotel page for contact information for booking transportation.
Maldives
Vacation Express does not offer airfare to the Maldives. Mandatory transportation from Malé-Velana International Airport (MLE) to each hotel is offered. Please see the hotel pages for Maldives hotels for more information on this mandatory transportation.
Dubai, Europe, United States [Excluding Hawaii] & Zanzibar
Vacation Express does not offer airfare or transportation services in these destinations.
