The word Ki' is Mayan for friendship and Korean for yummy, making this vibrant beach bar the perfect place for a fun 'n casual snack. By day, this beach bar offers a curated rum selection and fresh juice cocktails. And by night, guests can enjoy an intimate Korean grill experience as they dig their feet in the sand. Guests can kick back and take in the ocean breeze while sipping their favorite tropical-inspired cocktails at Ki' Beach Bar & Korean BBQ.

Gaia at Maykana - at Maykana Beach Club ($)
Gaia, known as Mother Earth in Greek, is Fairmont Mayakoba's signature restaurant. It is a seafood delight inspired by gratitude and is designed to bring elements of the sea to Maykana. Since the Earth is 71% water, Gaia will highlight that by featuring a display of fresh, local seafood from Mexico and other parts of the world for guests to admire.

Hix Bar, Lobby Lounge and Terrace
This recently renovated, casual indoor-outdoor terrace overlooks the serene water canals of Mayakoba. Hix Bar, Lobby Lounge and Terrace features an extensive spirits list, a modern twist on classic cocktails and curated wines. The lounge also serves freshly rolled sushi and refreshing small plates.

Tauro Steakhouse
Inspired by the strength and mythology of the animal behind the name, Tauro elegantly combines Mexican ingredients with classic steakhouse techniques and recipes. Rooted in excellence and authenticity, Tauro sources the best cuts and vegetables, elevating them with well-seasoned and deeply flavored sauces. The steakhouse features an in-house dry-aging program, raw bar, prime cuts and a fixed price menu for an all-inclusive experience. With handcrafted, top shelf cocktails and a Martini Bar inspired by famous tastemakers, Tauro blends savory flavors & sophistication for a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Bassano Italian Restaurant
Discover special regional Italian dishes. Open for lunch and dinner, Bassano delivers rich flavor in every dish. The restaurant’s menu items include homemade pizzas, their signature buccatini cacio e pepe and exquisite wines. Complete with a beautifully designed outdoor pizza bar and oven, Bassano is a true standout on the property and keeps guests coming back for more. Surcharges apply for certain cuts of meat.

La Laguna
Inspired by the colors and culture of Mexico. La Laguna's show kitchen is the perfect spot to try authentic recipes on the terrace or in a private pavilion. Their signature dish, Shrimp Manchamateles, pays homage to Mayakoba’s roots; this traditional Mexican specialty is rich in flavor and finished with citrus notes. La Laguna’s doors will be open for breakfast and dinner.

Brisas at Maykana Beach Club
A fresh à-la-carte lunch will be offered daily and will transition into Mediterranean style cuisine for dinner. Menu highlights will feature mezze, Mediterranean shareable bites and tropical cocktails.

Not only can you lounge poolside with a cocktail in hand, but you can also swim up to the Aqua Bar and enjoy your favorite drink or order a bite from the snack menu. The Aqua Bar is an adults-only water lounge located next to the Mayakana Beach Club.
