A chef-driven, elevated dining concept, Cuave Siete will feature celebrity Chef Lula Martin Del Campo, taking a unique approach to both familiar, and lesser known Mexican dishes. The fare will be rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions, covering a range of street food for breakfast, such as antojitos - “little cravings” to a more refined chef-driven menu in the evening.

Mura House
Drawing flavors and techniques from Asia, with concentration on Japan, Mura House's cuisine is guided by three principles: Harmony of flavor, Precision through preparation, and quality of ingredient, offering a la carte Japanese yakitori and teppanyaki.

Mi Carisa
This a la carte dining experience brings the tastes of coastal Italy to Mexico, offering delicious courses with European inspiration.

Cafe Inez
UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya's modern take on European café culture: an important social gathering setting, often a stopping off point in between activities. A way to refuel, rejuvenate and recharge. Here, fresh juices, coffee, tea and baked goods will be served in the early morning. For lunch and dinner, the menu transitions to sandwiches, Panini's and big salads.

Palmera Lounge
Calling back to tropical nightclubs of the 40's and 50's, Palmera Lounge celebrates their decadent spirit with a mix of nostalgia and sophistication. Palmera lounge evokes breezy Caribbean nights and lively cocktail soirees. A live music venue where craft inspired cocktails are featured including Cuba Libres, Mojitos, Daiquiris and Florditas, meets the underground jazz and cabaret clubs of the early 20th century.

Gin Time
The concept behind Gin Time takes inspiration from tea-based cocktails which combine natural tea infusions with Gin.
