Palmera lounge evokes breezy Caribbean nights and lively cocktail soirees. A live music venue where craft inspired cocktails are featured including Cuba Libres, Mojitos, Daiquiris and Florditas, meets the underground jazz and cabaret clubs of the early 20th century.
The concept behind Gin Time takes inspiration from tea-based cocktails which combine natural tea infusions with Gin.
