Activities and Recreations at Cozumel Palace, Isla Cozumel

The center of attention here is the coral reef directly in front of the resort and two beautiful man-made beaches which are terraced above the water and perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. For divers, there is a PADI certified dive shop on property providing convenient and easy access to snorkeling and diving trips from the hotel's private dock. The beautiful bi-level infinity pool is the scene of daytime activities and water volleyball, games, exercise classes, scuba diving demonstrations in the dive tank and sunbathing. Enjoy a refreshing drink and snack poolside under the Mayan sun, or enjoy a ten-minute stroll into quaint San Miguel.

Water Sports!
Anything from a chartered fishing expedition to a full diving tour may be arranged at the tour desk in the lobby. Enjoy a wonderful snorkeling or diving adventure or a swim with the dolphins!

Shopping!
The entire island of Cozumel is a duty free zone, so shopping in the quaint town of San Miguel is a favorite past time. San Miguel is known as the center of silver in the Yucatan, and is also famous for the native arts and crafts boutiques all within walking distance of the hotel.

Discover Scuba Diving
What better place to learn to dive than the warm and transparent, turquoise waters of the hemisphere's capital of scuba diving- Cozumel? Led by an expert instructor, this course is an introduction to diving and teaches participants how to manage dive equipment and once comfortable and acquainted with the waters, set off on an underwater adventure unlike any other. If the participants would like to further their exploration, they have the option of continuing the courses in order to become certified.

Palace Two Tank Dive
This excursion is for certified divers and consists of two dives on the colorful and exotic reefs of Cozumel. Official certification is required for participation.
